We fulfill all U.S. orders directly from our warehouse in the United States. This allows us to provide faster delivery and reliable service for our U.S.-based customers.
Processing & Delivery Time
Order Processing (Handling): 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: 5–6 business days (Monday–Friday)
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day
Estimated Delivery Time: 6–9 business days total, depending on location and carrier schedules

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey in real time, from our U.S. warehouse to your doorstep.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched: support@regalio.store
Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping cost.
